Working on "Easter Egg" Crochet Baby Afghans

Happy Spring!

I totally love this afghan pattern and when it's done in pastel colors it is perfect for a Spring baby gift!  Here is a picture of 4 different afghans that I am working on.  Because of their colors, I've named them my "Easter Egg" afghans!  None of them are finished but I'm getting closer!  The free pattern is included here on my blog.  The difference comes when you use a variety of different types of yarn!
The pink and cream afghans were done using Caron "Simply Soft" Yarn (#4).  And the lavender and mint afghans were done using Bernat "Softee Baby" yarns (#3).
Of course, you can use other weights of yarn and larger crochet hooks to make an unlimited number of afghan weights and looks.  I hope you try the pattern and have fun creating your own beautiful projects!
